It’s a popular flavour for desserts around the world. It’s a staple when it comes to gift giving. It’s one of life’s simple pleasures… and when it’s straight from the source, it’s irresistibly good. Don’t get us wrong, the chocolate treats that you can find at the supermarket are capable of satisfying your sweet tooth, but enjoying hand crafted chocolates from a chocolatier, well, that’s a whole other experience!  For all of the chocoholics out there, we’ve picked our favourite Sydney-based chocolate boutiques to share with you all. These chocolatiers have certainly raised the (chocolate) bar when it comes to refined and high quality chocolate and we highly recommend that you visit them.  Warning: VIVE Cooking School does not accept responsibility for any chocolate cravings or mouth drooling that may occur as a result of this blog.
