Place the contoured cork lid on top to create a dark environment that slows germination, keeping your produce beautifully fresh. Like all Emile Henry products, this pot is made in France using the ceramic techniques passed down through six generations of the Henry family. Complete the set with the larger Grande Coupe de Conservation to store your fruit and root vegetables.
Cork is ideal for absorbing moisture without retaining odours and can simply be wiped clean. The ceramic base includes three small holes for extra ventilation and has the added appeal of being dishwasher safe. These little pots are also conveniently stackable and make for great benchtop organisation.
